          Marine National Park and Sanctuary is situated in a protected area for biodiversity in the Gulf of Kutch, Jamnagar district in the southern end of the Gulf of Kutch. This is a protected area status of both National Parks and sanctuaries. In 1990, it was declared a marine sanctuary okhathi a 270 sq km area of ​​the twins. Before that, in 1982, the Wildlife (Protection core area of ​​110 sq km) was declared a Tiger Reserve under the law. It is the first marine park of India.
